M&A

We have many years of experience in advising on national and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions in various business and industrial sectors. Our ongoing activities include setting up structured transaction processes, conducting due diligence reviews, drafting, and negotiating company purchase agreements and supporting post-merger integration processes.

We regularly advise national and international financial investors and family offices on private equity investments, co-investments, financing rounds, management participation programs and exit transactions as well as venture capital investors and start-up companies from the establishment and structuring of tailor-made investment models to further financing rounds and exits.

Our day-to-day business also includes advising clients from a wide range of industries on national and cross-border joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and minority shareholdings. In planning and structuring, we work on an interdisciplinary basis in close coordination with the Deloitte Tax and Corporate Finance teams and our colleagues from the global Deloitte Legal network.

We also provide support for end-to-end post-merger integration processes, both before and after closing, in close interdisciplinary coordination with Deloitte experts.
