As a partner in the Constantine Law business immigration team, Alex gives strategic advice grounded in commercial awareness and industry insight. His experience includes all aspects of work permits and sponsor licence applications. He assists private clients with all immigration matters, including the EU Settlement Scheme, family migration, investors, Global Talent endorsement applications, complex citizenship applications and settlement. He also deals with human rights claims, applications outside the rules, appeals and judicial review. He adopts a holistic approach, exploring alternative pathways where appropriate, as well as citizenship opportunities through ancestry or investment.
