Alexander specialises in corporate law with a focus on cross-border public and private M&A transactions, schemes of arrangement, equity capital market deals involving IPOs both in London and New York and downstream private equity transactions acting for a number of the world's leading private equity firms.

Alexander advises a wide range of international and local clients in various sectors but has particular experience in Technology and Web3, Natural Resources, Real Estate, Sport and Health Care sectors as well as providing Private Wealth and Family Office clients with structuring and investment advice.

He has worked on numerous transactions involving many FTSE 100 companies and advises on a number of high-profile transactions for many well-known corporates.

Alexander also co-leads the firm's Technology and Web3 team in Jersey, assisting clients to navigate the legal and regulatory framework in Jersey.
