Alex Wass

Alex is a banking and finance lawyer based in Paris. His experience focuses on asset finance, with a particular expertise in aviation finance. He has extensive experience in cross-border structured finance and leasing structures, including various tax lease structures, manufacturer-supported financings, operating leasing and export credit financing, including post-default restructuring, repossession and remarketing. He represents export credit agencies, lenders, operating lessors and airlines.

Alex studied history and politics at the University of Manchester before completing the CPE and LPC at the College of Law in London. He qualified as an English solicitor in 2002 and became a partner in 2015.
