Alex Bidlake is a partner in Clifford Chance’s Asia Pacific Corporate Practice. She has extensive experience advising financial and strategic investors on a wide range of public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate finance and general corporate advisory matters.

Alex has an outstanding reputation for public M&A work in Hong Kong and is a member of the SFC's Takeovers and Mergers Panel. She also has notable experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, including energy transition, having advised on a significant number of complex and high-profile transactions in the region.
