Aleksandar Dimic is partner at Polenak Law Firm. He is head of the firm’s real estate work and leads the litigation department. Aleksandar is a legal expert representing the firm's clients in litigation procedures related to commercial and civil law. His expertise includes real estate and infrastructure, as well as bankruptcy. Aleksandar is also involved in the firm’s projects regarding mergers and acquisitions and financing projects, where he covers work related to civil and commercial law, litigation and ownership of assets. He advises clients on real estate development projects, long term lease agreement, regulatory matters, as well as on clients’ relations with authorities and on contractual relations with subcontractors.
