Alejandro E. Navarro is the current Managing Partner of the V&A Law. He has been highly regarded for his ingenious approach at solving legal problems backed up by over thirty years of well-grounded litigation experience in appearing before various courts, including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. He has also appeared before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre representing a foreign client embroiled in a cross-border commercial dispute which has an impact on the country's infrastructure development.

Alejandro is always relied upon to defend high profile clients dragged into criminal litigation as an offshoot of intra-corporate and commercial disputes.

His involvement in shaping the country's electric power industry is crucial as he currently represents one of the country's largest Retail Electricity Suppliers in a case pending before the Supreme Court assailing the constitutionality of the issuances of the Department of Energy & the Energy Regulatory Commission implementing the Electric Power Industry Reform Act, which aims to establish a free and competitive market for the electric power industry.
