Alberto De Luca

Alberto has been specialising since 2000 in all aspects of employment law, trade union law, agency matters and related litigation.

Alberto regularly advises major national and multinational in his practice.

Among others, Alberto is often involved in employment and labour matter concerning private equity and M&A transactions, as well as in large reorganizations and restructurings.

Alberto is also often involved in the definition and negotiation of incentive plans of directors and managers of public companies and other entities subject to central bank and trade market restrictions.

He advises clients both in contentious and non-contentious environments, giving his assistance also in foreign jurisdictions.

Alberto worked first in the United Kingdom and between 2001 and 2006 in one of the Italian leading business firms, to continue as a partner in top tear boutiques.
