Today, he serves as a Director of the SHE Institute, advancing Migration and Humanitarian Law, and is a founding member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Arbitration and Transactions (IBATT), a leader in innovative alternatives for tax dispute resolution. Since 2016, Alan has been a prominent voice in forums on tax policy, strategic solutions, and consensus-driven dispute resolution, including active participation in the Tax Affairs and Tax Reform Committee at OAB/DF.
