Alan’s distinguished career began in the public sector, where he advised judges and ministers at the TJDFT, STJ, and STF, before joining top law firms such as Mattos Filho. Today, he serves as a Director of the SHE Institute, advancing Migration and Humanitarian Law, and is a founding member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Arbitration and Transactions (IBATT), a leader in innovative alternatives for tax dispute resolution.
