Alan Craig

Alan Craig has more than two decades' experience in the Cayman Islands and heads the firm's corporate group. He advises on a broad range of issues including M&A, but is best known for his twin specialisms in venture capital and insurance.

Alan Craig heads Campbells' corporate group, combining his work on insurance M&A with an active investment fund practice. He regularly advises on the establishment of private equity and venture capital funds as well as fund-related regulatory matters, acting for an array of well-known names in the investment funds space.
