Akash leads Panag & Babu's technology, media and telecommunications team. The team specializes in high-stakes transactions at the intersection of technology, finance, and regulation. We work with clients on high-stakes commercial arrangements, product structuring and launching regulated products within complex regulatory frameworks in India, and market-exit strategies.

We act for businesses in India, navigating critical data and technology-related legal issues relating to product launches, market expansion, joint ventures, and strategic transactions. Over the past decade, we have worked closely with some of the most innovative and technically sophisticated companies, supporting and structuring their market entry and exit strategies and advising on risk allocation and regulatory compliance across the lifecycle of their operations.
