Agnieszka Szymecka Wesołowska is a highly qualified expert in food law with over 15 years of experience in regulatory advisory for companies across a wide range of agri-food sectors, including confectionery, bakery, meat, fish and dairy industries, fruit and vegetable processing, plant-based food, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, food supplements, FSMP, fortified foods, HORECA, pet food/feed, and others.
She represents clients in inspections and administrative proceedings.
Her publications are cited by courts in case law concerning the food sector.
She also participates in legislative processes on behalf of industry organizations and as a public part.
She is a speaker at domestic and foreign conferences and trainings in the field of food and product law.

Member of the European Food Law Association (EFLA),
Member of the Expert Council of the National Council of Supplements and Nutrients (KRSiO) where she participated in the preparation of the Code of Good Marketing Practice of Dietary Supplements.

She obtainted her PhD from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macerata (Italy).
She was a academic lecturer in the field of food law at the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw and at the Warsaw School of Economics.
