Adriana is f the leader of the international tax law department at Ulloa & Compañía Abogados. Her daily practice consists of assisting Chilean companies and family groups to structure their investments in financial assets, real estate projects, and operating entities in different jurisdictions. She also assists foreign clients investing in Chile, advising them in tax matters related to cross-border structuring and financing, intercompany transactions and day-to-day tax issues of local subsidiaries.
Lawyer, graduated from Pontificia Universidade Católica de Sao Paulo (2007), with a Master in Tax Law, from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Sao Paulo (2010) and a Master in International Tax Law (Adv. LL.M), from University of Leiden, Holland (2010), where she obtained Malcolm Gammie and IBFD Prize for the best Final Major Thesis. She is a professor at the Master of Corporate Taxation Law of Universidad de Los Andes.
Adriana is founding partner at Ulloa & Compañía Abogados. Prior to founding the firm, she worked at PwC Chile for 6 years and at the tax department of a renowned law firm in São Paulo, Brazil.
Author of several publications in magazines and international publications such as Intertax, International Tax Review e IFA Cahiers.
