His involvement in complex real estate transactions includes the purchase, financing, refinancing, operation, and commercialization of properties within the construction, housing, hospitality, and logistics sectors.
Furthermore, Adrián has participated in numerous restructuring and workout procedures, advising both national and international creditors and debtors across industries such as shipping, hospitality, construction, and commercial real estate.
Adrián has participated in a number of forums related with the Fintech regulatory landscape in Mexico and has been listed or cited by a number of rankings. Adrian has kept close to the Universidad Panamericana school of law school since obtaining his law degree and Business Law specialization back in 2006. He has been a professor of comparative law and obtained two postgraduate diplomas in Fintech law and regulations (in addition to his LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University).
