His excellent knowledge of the business law (company law, national and international commercial contracts, employment law, banking law, etc.), enables him to regularly advise various public and private law bodies and institutions in these areas.

A fully bilingual Lawyer (French and English) he is the legal secretary of several national and international companies. He is increasingly working on PPP contracts such as Solar Energy Plant creation and operation contract negotiations with the State Of Côte d'Ivoire. Currently member of the ICC Court of Arbitration, he is also a renowned arbitrator registered with CCJA and CACI.

Career

holder of a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation from the Facultés Universitaires Privées d'Abidjan (FUPA) and a LLM in International Business Litigation from the University of Paris-Est Créteil, Val-de-Marne, (UPEC), Adama SORO is also a trained at level 1 of the ALSF Academy (African Legal Support facility - ADB), wherea he earned a good knowledge of public procurement, mining and energy Law.
