Adam Zuckerman is the co-chair of the Firm's Oil & Gas Industry Service Team.

Mr. Zuckerman is a shareholder and co-chair of Baker Donelson's Oil & Gas Industry Service Team. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on oil and gas litigation, including legacy lawsuits and other environmental litigation, royalty disputes, operating agreement disputes, lease disputes, downhole failures, lost and delayed production claims, personal injuries, and natural gas pipeline expropriation. Mr. Zuckerman also has experience litigation mass and class action lawsuits.

Licensed in Louisiana since 1998.

Mr. Zuckerman is a member of the Louisiana Oil and Gas, Louisiana and New Orleans Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and serves on the executive committee of the St. Thomas More American Inn of Court.
