Adam Farlow

Adam Farlow is the Global Head of Capital Markets at Baker McKenzie. He is a New York and English qualified capital markets partner based in London. He has extensive experience in securities laws and transaction management. He has been elected as a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and served for many years as an executive officer and on the Council of the American Bar Association International Law Section.

Adam focuses in cross-border capital markets transactions, including offerings of international equity (IPOs, rights offerings, PIPEs) and debt (primarily high yield), as well as all forms of restructuring and liability management. His cross-sector, global experience includes acting for companies, major financial institutions, investors, creditors, trustees and dealer managers.
