Adam Farlow is a London-based dual-qualified partner who heads Baker McKenzie’s EMEA capital markets practice group. Adam works with clients on offerings of international debt (primarily high yield) and equity (including IPOs and rights issues) as well as complex cross-border restructurings and liability management.
