He is recognized for his expertise in complex tax controversies and for integrating local and international tax planning. Evelyn specializes in comprehensive tax planning for mining and energy projects, with extensive experience in tax structuring, tax audits, and complex tax controversies. She is also highly skilled in advising on legal stability agreements with the Peruvian government and securing access to VAT Refund Regimes for large-scale investment projects in the extractive industries.
