Kim has been practicing law in Colorado since 1994, and has earned a reputation as one of the premier family law attorneys in the state.

Kim is the only rostered attorney in the United States who is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
