The employment, pensions and immigration team advises on all aspects of employment law including; preparation and review of employment contracts, handbooks and policy statements; equality legislation, discrimination and sexual harassment and related policy statements; senior executive contract negotiation and severance; representing clients in litigation concerning termination of employment before both the Workplace Relations Commission and the High Court. The firm has advised on the flotation of Irish exploration and mining companies on the Irish and London Stock Exchanges and on AIM. Whitney Moore also advises on prospecting licences, mining licences, joint ventures, structured mine finance, drilling contracts, and joint operating agreements. The firm has also advised on windfarm projects in Ireland and Northern Europe which involved advice on operation and maintenance agreements, partnership agreements and government contracts.
