■ Acted for one of Romania’s largest manufactures with its employment issues, including managing their outsourced litigation portfolio, the implementation of new internal rules and regulations, implementation and standardization of labour agreements, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and managing and overseeing several large restructuring projects
