Corporate, M&A, Securities:

The firm provides the full spectrum of commercial legal consultancy services to corporate clients, including in matters of securities and corporate law, and has been involved in a wide range of large scale capital raising and M&A transactions around the world, including some of the largest to occur in Israel.
