Our team advised the company during its investment prospecting phase in Mexico, providing comprehensive assistance in company formation, operational structuring, regulatory compliance, and foreign investment protection — critical factors that contributed to its successful launch and operational start.

We also advised a leading digital platform developer in the restaurant industry. Our team facilitated the negotiation and successful execution of a strategic agreement with a nationally recognized restaurant chain, enabling the deployment of the company’s software across all points of sale in Mexico.
