- Complex probate administrations involving a range of issues (both contentious and non-contentious) and a range of assets including agricultural, business and foreign succession issues. Many of these estates have assets well in excess of £3 million
- Advising farmers and landed estates on succession and capital tax planning
- Succession planning for business owners and entrepreneurs, ensuring a smooth transition between generations
- Court of Protection and mental capacity issues both contentious and non-contentious including acting as a professional Deputy for individuals with large PI or Clinical Negligence awards, complex statutory Will applications and Welfare applications
- Contentious probate issues to include mental capacity, lack of knowledge and approval, estoppel, removal of executors and 1975 Act claims
- Acting as an independent administrator/trustee in contentious probate/trust cases
