• Advising farmers and landed estates on succession and capital tax planning
• Succession planning for business owners and entrepreneurs, ensuring a smooth transition between generations
• Court of Protection and mental capacity issues both contentious and non-contentious including acting as a professional Deputy for individuals with large PI or Clinical Negligence awards, complex statutory Will applications and Welfare applications
• Contentious probate issues to include mental capacity, lack of knowledge and approval, estoppel, removal of executors and 1975 Act claims
• Acting as an independent administrator/trustee in contentious probate/trust cases
