Our labor area is recognized as one of the most efficient in the national legal scenario, serving more than a hundred national and foreign clients on a monthly basis, which grants us due recognition also at an international level. For this reason, we operate both in the litigation and advisory areas, with emphasis on an effectively strategic service.

In the case of litigation, we act in Labor Lawsuits, Individual and/or Collective, filed by (i) employees, (ii) Professional Unions, (iii) Public Labor Prosecutors, and (iv) Authorities connected to the Ministry of Labor.

In addition to consultations regarding the application of Labor Law in Brazil, specific projects and due diligences, we assist our clients in Collective Negotiations for the adjustment of Collective Instruments (Collective Agreements or Conventions), in addition to the filing of Collective Disputes actions.

Finally, we are active in labor and social security administrative litigation, which includes administrative proceedings before the Regional Labor Office, the Labor Public Prosecutor's Office, and assessments related to social security contributions.
