Main Areas of Practice:

International Arbitration:
Teynier Pic boasts exceptional expertise in international arbitration, commercial and investment. To this day, Teynier Pic lawyers have acted as legal counsel or arbitrator in more than 300 cases, involving more than 50 countries. The team has represented clients in both ad hoc arbitral proceedings and in arbitral proceedings conducted under the auspices of the main arbitral institutions and has a demonstrated thorough understanding of how arbitral institutions work. The firm represents States and investors alike. Its clients include French and international companies, both public and private. The firm’s partners are also regularly appointed as arbitrators in commercial and investment international arbitration proceedings.

Arbitration-Related Litigation:
In addition to its international arbitration practice, the firm has also developed a strong practice of arbitration-related litigation, whether upstream or downstream, including parallel proceedings. Teynier Pic handles, along with Griffin Litigation PLLC, enforcement actions to convert awards into a successful recovery. The team also regularly handles issues that may arise after an award is rendered, such as setting-aside proceedings or appeals of enforcement orders before French courts.

Commercial Litigation:
Teynier Pic has also developed a highly regarded commercial litigation practice, particularly in corporate disputes, including shareholders’ disputes and post-M&A litigation, in insurance-related, and product liability litigation, as well as disputes involving complex questions of private international law (enforcement of foreign money judgments, taking of evidence, and service of judicial and extra-judicial acts abroad).
