Offering a combined 40 years of experience in maritime, corporate and finance law, Alex Teji and Antony Cowie have partnered to create Teji | Cowie, ‘The Superyacht Lawyers’, a new practice specialising in legal matters relating to the superyacht sector.

Serving superyacht owners and industry stakeholders worldwide, Teji | Cowie has been formed to combine “decades of maritime law expertise with a client-centric approach to deliver discreet, high-touch legal services across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the US”.

With a presence in both London and Hong Kong, the firm provides end-to-end legal support for those involved with new build contracts, sale and purchases, yacht financing, charter agreements and new build contracts, as well as establishing ownership structures and resolving corporate disputes.
