- Acting as legal counsel in Egypt to LuxsharePrecision Limited with respect to the acquisition of Automotive Cable Solutions (ACS) division from LEONI AG for EUR 525.41 million.
- Acting as legal counsel to Evergreen Marine Corp., in acquiring 20% stake in Abu Qir Container Terminal Company SAE (AQCT), the developer and operator of one of Abu Qir Sea Ports, which is the largest seaports in Egypt, for approximately USD 46 million.
- Acting as legal counsel to Wabtec Inc. with respect to supplying of 100 diesel electric locomotives to the Egyptian National Railways.
- Advised General Electric on the construction of solar power plants in BenBan, Aswan as well as its collaboration with the Egyptian Government a major decarbonization project.
- Acted as local legal counsel to Arizona State University with respect to a mega higher education project with the Government of Egypt for the purpose of offering dual degree programmes at Galala University.
- Acting as legal counsel to Ion Beam Applications with respect to the implementation of Egypt’s first ever proton beam therapy centre at Children's Cancer Hospital Foundation in Egypt.
- Acting as legal counsel to Fluor Corporation on a phosphoric acid production project and on all EPC-related contracts.
- Advising a confidential client on its participation in El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant in Egypt.
- Acting as legal counsel to London Institute for Banking & Finance with respect to two (2) different MoUs with both the Central of Egypt and the Financial Regulatory Authority.
- Acting as legal counsel to VEB.RF with respect to a EUR 1,016,050,000 facility made available to the Government of Egypt.
- Advising Promethean World on an agreement with the Egyptian Ministry of Education with respect to the provision, licensing and data protection of the first online education platform in Egypt, Edmodo.
- Advised VICAT SA on ICSID case against the Arab Republic of Egypt regarding shareholding interest in a multi-billion-dollar Sinai Cement Company covering, negotiating and drafting a settlement agreement between the Arab Republic of Egypt and VICAT SA to settle arbitration proceedings at ICSID.
