Corporate M&A Department

The firm’s corporate M&A department is dedicated to acquisitions, business combinations, private equity and venture capital transactions.

The corporate M&A department is headed by four partners: Bernard-Olivier Becker, Fouad Bellaaroussi, Magali Carosso and Marie Estelle Colin

Business Litigation Department

Solferino assists its clients in their complex litigation matters, including post-acquisition litigations, shareholders disputes, directors' liability and generally in commercial and corporate law dispute.

The firm has a strong expertise in white-collar crime prosecutions and investigations.

The litigation department is headed by three partners: Guillaume Buge, Diane Hervey-Chupin and Charlotte Plantin.
