■ Advised on new branch setups in India of foreign banks in Dubai and Qatar Banks respectively of an Indian branch of an Australian Bank and also advised a windup for a branch for a bank in Qatar.
■ Reviewed and advised on English law governed agreement from an Indian law perspective and applicable Indian guidelines and regulations and issuing an enforeability opinion involving multiple international banks from UAE & Asia aggregating to USD165,000,000/-
■ Advised a housing finance company with respect to extension of construction finance up to INR 550 crores, to a real estate company in India, with the security package involving compliance of foreign exchange regulations of India.
■ Advised on project development loan for a group housing residential project amounting to Rs. 1050crores involving two major banks in India.

Capital Markets:
Advised the Government of India in relation to its disinvestment of its stake in certain central public sector enterprises and other stocks held by the Govenment of India through SUUTI (Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trusts of India) by way of creation and launch of an 'Exchange Traded Fund' in the name and style of "BHARAT 22 EFT".
