Founded in 2010, Shangjia Law Firm is a large-scale, professional, and team-oriented comprehensive law firm with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. It has been honored with multiple awards, including the Ministry of Justice's "National Outstanding Law Firm" and "National Advanced Collective for Public Legal Services".

Headquartered in Chengdu High-tech Zone, with an office area of over 4,000 square meters, it features the "Xingzhe Sizhi" Lawyer Museum, vividly showcasing the development journey of China's legal system from its inception to the new era. Branch offices have been established in multiple locations including Haikou, Xining, Korla, Yibin, Luzhou, and Nanchong, with overseas offices in Hong Kong, China, Pakistan, and Kenya, boasting a total staff of nearly 500.

善嘉律师事务所创立于2010年，已成为一家规模化、专业化、团队化的大型综合性律师事务所，注册资本金1000万元，被司法部评为“全国优秀律师事务所”“全国公共法律服务先进集体”。

善嘉律所总部位于成都市高新区吉泰路莱普敦中心七楼整层，办公面积4000余平方米，打造“行者思之”律师文博馆，将中国律师制度从萌芽到新时代的发展脉络生动呈现。善嘉已设立海口、西宁、库尔勒、宜宾、南充、泸州、郫都、温江等多家分所，香港法律事务办公室以及巴基斯坦、肯尼亚海外办公室，国内及东南亚、“一带一路”沿线国家办公室布局正在有序推进中。

善嘉总部现有执业律师及辅助工作人员近500人，中共党员律师60人，成立中共四川善嘉律师事务所总支部委员会。律所有毕业于国内知名高校的法学博士（后）、硕士50余名，以及具备注册会计师、注册税务师、仲裁员、独立董事、证券从业资格等多项专业领域资格的复合型律师。
