Fulgence Law Firm was founded in January 2021 by Maitre Fulgence HABIYAREMYE, who is a Member of the Burkina Faso Bar Association, the Rwanda Bar Association and the East Africa Law Society.

Maitre Fulgence worked since 2001 as a Lawyer at a Legal Practice. He has been performing as a trainee Lawyer since May 2007 until he was called to the Bar in May 2009. To date he has more than 12 years of experience as a licensed lawyer.

The Firm works in several areas of law, mainly OHADA business law, mining and energy law, labour law, civil law, banking law, criminal law and Community law. Maître Fulgence HABIYAREMYE is retained to provide permanent legal and judicial assistance to several commercial companies and various international institutions including Embassies and NGOs. He also acts on behalf of individuals on request. He is Corporate Secretary of several companies, and regularly pleads before the courts and tribunals at all levels. On January 30, 2020, he was sworn in and was called to the Rwanda Bar Association and became a member of the East Africa Law Society (EALS) He works fluently in English and French.
