Rovsing Advokater is a Copenhagen based boutique law firm specialised in private client work. The firm is family owned and run by its three founders, attorneys Mrs. Sys Rovsing, Mrs. Mette Sheraz Rovsing and Mr. Troels Rovsing Koch. The firm has three partners, one associate and four legal assistants.

The firm was established in 2017 as a highly specialised boutique office dedicated to private client and trust work. Its founders have extensive experience from major Danish law firms and organisations. The firm combines the experience of the larger law firms with the agility and freedom to act in a smaller setup.

The firm's main areas of practise are estate planning, executions of wills, successions, inter-vivo changes in ownership in family owned businesses, consultancy on Danish legal aspects of international cases (estate planning and administration / asset management and liquidation), asset division and divorce, often with clash of jurisdiction and/or international assets and trust work (consultancy as well as trustee work). The consultancy normally involves collaboration with other advisors such as wealth planners, auditors, attorneys in other jurisdictions and financial and tax advisors.

In addition to consultancy and planning, the attorneys are all experienced litigators with right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and High Court respectively.

Clients of the law firm includes a major bank, HNW individuals in Europe and the US with ties to Denmark, major charitable foundations, churches, executors of wills in other jurisdictions with ties to Denmark, Danish based clients with international ties and domestic private clients.

International work of the firm includes cross-border divorce proceedings, international estate planning including tax aspects, consultancy in international succession cases, expert witness statement on personal and subject-matter jurisdiction in US court case and international trustee work.

The firm is a stand alone office based in central Copenhagen.
