The clients the firm advises on a regular basis include major oil companies, international gaming companies, regional and local construction firms, commercial and residential developers, interested parties in bankruptcy litigation, wealthy entrepreneurs, and more.

Bankruptcy Litigation:
The firm has significant experience in this unique area of law involving complex financial transactions, creditors’ rights, corporate debt restructurings, and related disputes. Over the years, the firm has represented clients with operations worldwide, nationally, and locally.

Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, & Financing:
Advises and handles complex commercial transactions and legal issues arising out of buying, selling, developing, leasing, and investing in commercial real estate assets.
