About Rettenmaier

We are a boutique law firm specializing in commercial and criminal tax law, based in Frankfurt am Main. With a team of around 10 people, we offer a balanced combination of experience and expertise and are one of the established units in this field.

Our main areas of focus are the defence of individuals and advising companies. Executives and board members particularly rely on our expertise in banking and capital market criminal law. In this area, we have been able to secure a firm place in the market through many years of experience and a practical approach.

In the corporate environment, we support our clients in complex criminal proceedings and internal investigations. Special areas of focus of our work include the investigation of MeToo incidents and advising on compliance issues, which are becoming increasingly important. We are also active in organized elite sport, particularly in connection with reporting offices and ombudsman structures that contribute to the prevention and investigation of misconduct.
