Quahe Woo & Palmer LLC (QWP) was established in 2009 as a niche practice supporting UHNW family-office clients in ASEAN. In a decade, the firm has grown rapidly into a multi-disciplinary practice comprising over 30 lawyers in Singapore and Hong Kong.

The firm is bolstered by specialist practice groups, including an M&A-focused team with the capability to advise private equity funds, multinational and institutional clients on high-value complex transactions.

QWP opened its Hong Kong office as a registered foreign law firm in 2016. Notable deals include acting as lead counsel to a PE-led consortium in a high profile auctioned privatisation of a SGX-listed logistics company valued US$12 billion, and the sale of a Temasek-backed med-tech company in one of the largest biotech exits in Singapore.
