Provenio Litigation LLP was launched in 2019 by a team of senior lawyers from DLA Piper to advise on high value and complex business disputes.

Founder and managing partner, Mark Goodwin (Band 1, Chambers UK) was formerly Head of Litigation and Regulatory at DLA Piper’s office in Liverpool and part of the UK management team of the litigation and regulatory group for 17 years.The firm's management team includes partners Hannah Catterall and Emma Charnock, both formerly of DLA.

Provenio's boutique model is without the conflict issues experienced by the larger, full-service firms. The firm is currently instructed on cases in the UK, Middle East, US and across Europe and South America. Its portfolio of cases includes acting against various Magic Circle and Top-Tier international firms. The team’s commercial court experience is unrivalled in the UK market outside London.
