Argentine energy producer Genneia in several financings worth USD 273 million for the development of wind farms it is developing under the government-led RenovAr programme; TGLT, a leading company in real estate development in Argentina, in the preparation, structuring, processing and launching of the Mandatory Tender Offer that TGLT must perform on the shares of Caputo S.A.I.C. and F. as a result of having acquired, in January 2018, a controlling stake in Caputo (which is a listed company), for USD 19.7 million; joint bookrunners, global coordinators, and local placement agent, in Argentine cement manufacturer Loma Negra’s USD 1.1 billion IPO, Argentina’s biggest initial public offering in more than 20 years; Greek marine transportation company Navios Maritime in a USD 100 million loan facility; and acquisition by Banco Comafi of Deutsche Bank’s local subsidiary, worth USD 60 million, and subsequent merger by absorption. Represented issuers and underwriters in a significant number of international and domestic capital market transactions, including corporate and sub-sovereign offerings.
