We have extensive experience in transactional matters, drafting and negotiating contracts of all sizes and intricacies, and have litigated in federal and state courts, both trials and appeals. In the last year, we have won one of the largest prejudgment attachments in the history of Connecticut in a real estate and construction finance matter, we have won a seminal decision in a hedge fund dispute, and we have been retained in a Billion dollar banking and credit litigation. We have also served as co -counsel with a Top 10 firm on a $300 Million notes offering.
