THE FIRM Parisi Tax is a niche tax advisory firm which deals with all areas of tax advice. It has a team of four senior tax lawyers, one associate, and another associate arriving in November, all of whom previously worked at large City and national firms including Pinsent Masons (where some of them worked together), Shoosmiths, KPMG and Allen & Overy. The firm was set up in 2009.

CLIENTS Parisi Tax acts for a large number of law firms that do not have their own in house tax teams but also acts for clients directly, usually large and small private companies and entrepreneurs.
