Regulatory & Governance
Onside Law’s specialist Regulatory team deals with all aspects of sports regulation and governance, including the drafting of regulations, acting on disciplinary matters, anti-doping, safeguarding and integrity.Examples of the firm’s work includes seconding a senior lawyer to the Cricket Regulator, and having advised Jannick Sinner in the WADA case securing a no fault judgment at Tribunal, the firm defended the appeal of that Sport Resolutions decision brought by WADA at the Court of Arbitration for Sport culminating in negotiating a settlement agreement with WADA.
