NovoJuris spearheaded in writing to the Ministry of Finance to make changes to tax policy with angel investments in the country. The firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, Sharda Balaji, is a member of the NITI Aayog, a public policy think-tank of the Government of India, and has contributed to India’s semiconductor policy, youth skill development, to name a few.
