Norrbom Vinding advises on all aspects of labour law, including collective bargaining, industrial disputes, transfers of undertakings, restructuring and reorganisations, redundancies, outsourcing, health and safety, freedom of association and European works councils.

Norrbom Vinding advises on all aspects of employment law, including recruitment, retention and termination processes, incentives and benefits, pensions, business immigration, tax and social security, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, severance agreements, discrimination, equal treatment, staff policies and childbirth-related leave.

Compensation & Benefits:
Norrbom Vinding advises on all issues relating to compensation and benefits, including share-based and other incentive plans. The advice is based on a multi-discipline approach and includes advice on all relevant legal areas, including employment law, company law, stock exchange law, tax law and social security law.

Norrbom Vinding assists clients with drafting and implementing pension schemes, changing existing pension plans and all pension issues in relation to termination of employment or expatriation. Tax & Social Security: Norrbom Vinding advises on all tax and social security law issues relating to employment relationships, including flexible benefit plans, cross-border workers, expatriation, incentive plans and termination of employment.

Data Protection:
Norrbom Vinding advises on all aspects of data protection law relevant to private and public sector employers. This includes data protection audits, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance projects, implementation of data protection policies, Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) and whistleblower systems.
