■ Advised an international hotel management company on general corporate matters related to the management of one of the premier hotels in Ghana

■ Advised a Ghanaian parastatal company on the drafting and negotiation of an EPC construction contract in respect of the USD 300 million Eastern Corridor Multimodal Transport Project
■ Advised a local real estate developer on the development of a USD 130 million mixed use project in Airport City, a joint venture with Ghana Airports Company ■ Advised a regional real estate development company on the development of a USD 60 million landmark office and retail development project and the first green office building in Ghana
