Spotlight New York
Nagy Wolfe Appleton LLP is a firm of elite trial lawyers with a history of delivering successful results in high-stakes disputes.

NWA fights to win, and their track record reflects their success. NWA represents some of the world’s largest companies and financial institutions; a wide range of businesses, from art dealers to blockchain innovators; ultra-high net-worth individuals; everyday people against formidable adversaries; and more. Because NWA represents both plaintiffs and defendants, they understand the issues and priorities driving each side.

NWA's teams are lean, their process is efficient, and their strategies are aggressive.

For every client, in every case, NWA's focus is on devising a solution for each unique situation and pursuing a definitive resolution quickly. Unlike many of their competitors, NWA proves their commitment to positive outcomes by offering success-based fee structures—regardless of whether the client is a plaintiff or a defendant. The bottom line: when their client wins, NWA wins. Regardless of how challenging or time-sensitive a matter may be, NWA understands that their reputation hinges on their client's success.

NWA's incentives and culture lead them to handle cases differently than many firms.

Instead of using large numbers of associates who are mostly billing time, each case is run by a small team of experienced lawyers who are well versed in all aspects of the situation and, thus, can focus on the areas that really matter. This strategic approach affects all aspects of the case, from document review to depositions to trial. NWA is wholly committed to each client’s case. In addition, NWA offers their clients the option of a fee structure in which risk and reward are shared. Their approach is substantiated by a long track record of trial victories and optimized settlement values. NWA is proud to have earned their reputation for successfully serving plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation.
