The firm’s defence litigation expertise is delivered through a number of partner led specialist teams including industrial disease/legacy claims; specialist motor, catastrophic injury claims, credit hire and fraud. In addition the firm is also known for commercial litigation and professional negligence; defence for insurers of accountants, engineers, architects and surveyors.
