Murdochs Professional Discipline Solicitors is a specialist, multi-award winning team of solicitors, nationally recognised for its expertise in the field of Solicitors’ Professional Discipline & Regulation.

Its core work involves acting for firms and individual solicitors in SRA investigations, preparing self reports and defending proceedings before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.

Murdochs' three-strong team comprises :-

• Andrew Blatt, practice head, qualified 1985 - Andrew sits on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal's User Group, and the Committee of the Solicitors Assistance Scheme.
• Robert Forman, qualified 1997 - Robert is co-author of The Solicitor’s Handbook (Law Society) 2024 and previous two editions. He sits on The Law Society's Regulatory Processes Committee.
• Nick Trevette, qualified 2004, is a former fraud squad investigator, now experienced professional discipline solicitor.

Murdochs was established in the City of London in 1984, before relocating to, what is now an administrative hub, in London E11. The team acts for firms and individuals in all parts of England and Wales.
