The firm has represented parents, children, grandparents and intervenors on complex cases in over 40 countries, and were instructed in the largest ever sexual abuse case involving 15 QCs and 85 advocates. MSB represented child Alfie Evans and his parents in a dignified manner.

MSB have been involved in 6 reported cases in the last 18 months in the areas of care, deprivation of liberty, child abduction, end of life/withdrawal of medical treatment and female genital mutilation. They have successfully appealed a finding that the client caused a non accidental injury to a child.
