Miura & Partners was founded in January 2019 by Mr. Ryota Miura, together with a team of experienced lawyers, with the goal of establishing a professional law firm where client satisfaction is the starting point. • Represented our client, MIYATA GAKUEN, in a lawsuit to revoke an administrative disposition

4. Labour and employment

Recent Representation:

• Advised KADOKAWA CORPORATION on handling of labor-related litigation, labor unions, and other human resources matters.
• An employee, who had already been dismissed, filed a lawsuit seeking to invalidate his dismissal against SBI Holdings, Inc. As a legal advisor in the area of labor and employment law, we have identified the grounds that led to the dismissal and won the case in the first trial and at the High Court.
• Based on the issue raised by the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Governance Committee, we investigated the labor situation at subsidiaries within the Group and the governance system of the Group as a whole for SAINT-CARE HOLDING CORPORATION and made a report on measures to improve the situation.
