The firm advises Brazilian and foreign clients on both the buy- and sell-side of M&A and private equity transactions. We advise on complex corporate restructurings, such as mergers, spin-offs and joint ventures, involving both public and private companies. Project Finance

The firm assists in structuring national and cross-border project finance deals, advising on financing by multilateral organisations, development banks, export credit agencies and capital markets. We advise across all infrastructure sectors, assisting with regulatory modeling, PPPs and bidding procedures, as well as drafting and negotiating EPC, EPCM, O&M and supply agreements. Our team is experienced in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
